Our sources & suppliers
The smoking process
We use a variety of smokers and wood to create our unique flavours. Our meat is seasoned with ‘PIG-CASSOS’s Dry Rub’, which is a blend of 8 secret spices. Our locally sourced pork is then smoked for 12 hours!
Local and sustainable produce
Wherever possible we try to use local produce and companies. We recycle and try our upmost to use biodegradable packaging.
