PIG-CASSO’S is a catering company, which is based in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire and is owned by its founders, James Cardwell and Stephen Connon. The company aims to cater for a range of events, from corporate parties, to weddings and even 60th birthdays, providing high quality products at affordable prices. Our menu includes a range of exciting food: slow smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked pork belly burnt ends, served on freshly baked artisan brioche buns with shredded lettuce, red onion and pickles. Jimmy and Steve have been passionate about cooking since they were young and had always dreamed of owning and operating a business together; they have been the best of friends since they met each other in 1992 at Stukeley Meadows Primary School in Huntingdon.
